Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak said that Russia plans to sign an agreement with Turkey on the implementation of TurkStream gas pipeline project during next month.
Minister Novak explained that the inter-governmental agreement and the project’s roadmap are currently being reconciled and the agreement on the final text of the document is underway. He concluded that the agreement with Turkey could be signed in October.
