Russian President ratified intergovernmental agreement on TurkStream – Turkey, 7 February 2017

Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a bill on an intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Turkey on the construction of TurkStream gas pipeline.
Earlier in February, Russia’s Federation Council, the upper house of Parliament, approved the same bill, after the lower house of Parliament, the State Duma, ratified the agreement in January, while Turkish Parliament has ratified it in late 2016.
