According to the statement from Turkish Sen Group, it has agreed with Russian gas company Gazprom to purchase 71 % stake in natural gas distribution company Bosphorus Gaz Corp.
Following approvals from energy and competition authorities, Sen Group will assume ownership of 100 % of Bosphorus Gaz, Turkey’s first private natural gas importer. The Group already owns 29 % of the company’s shares through its subsidiary Tur Enerji.
