Montenegrin Minister of Economy Vladimir Kavaric signed on behalf of the Government of Montenegro shareholders’ agreement between the State of Montenegro and Italian company A2A on the management of power utility EPCG. The new agreement will be in force until 31 December.
The Ministry of Economy states that this shareholders’ agreement completely protects all interest of Montenegro in EPCG, primarily the project for the construction of second unit at thermal power plant Pljevlja. The agreement was previously adopted by the Government, as well as the Montenegrin Parliament.
