Small hydropower plant (SHPP) Ziraja 2 with installed capacity of 900 kW, located in the Teslic municipality in the Republic of Srpska (RS) has been commissioned. The construction of the plant cost about 1.3 million euros.
With the commissioning of Ziraja 2, the number of operational small hydropower plants in RS reached 17, with total installed capacity of 51 MW in all facilities. Investor of the project is local company Megaelektrik, which is majority owned by Italian SOL Group.
