Greek Minister of Energy and Environment Panos Skourletis and US Special Envoy for International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein have discussed key energy issues.
The emphasis of the discussion was on the progress of Trans-Adriatic gas pipeline (TAP) project, gas interconnection between Greece and Bulgaria, and the plan for the construction of LNG terminal in Alexandroupoli in Northwestern Greece. Minister Skourletis informed Hochstein on the Government’s plan to transform Greece into a regional gas hub.
