One of the main contenders for the purchase of 3 % stake in Petrol, which were put for sale by Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) yesterday, is the Slovenian state who wants to preserve its influence in this energy company.
Slovenian media estimate that some other private investors, which have strengthened their position in Petrol in the past two year, might as well be interested in bidding for the stake in mention. NLB has repeated the tender for the sale of its stake in Petrol, but this time the whole 3 % stake or 63,183 shares are for sale. According to yesterday’s stock exchange rate, the package is worth about 19.6 million euros. The deadline for bids submission in 15 December 2016.
