Albanian construction and real estate management company StarTek has applied for a permit to build two small hydropower plants (SHPP) near the country’s capital Tirana, with installed capacity of 2 MW each.
According to the statements from the Albanian Ministry of Energy, StarTek is planning to build two SHPPs – Selma and Dolmja on the Tirana’s Erzen river.
