According to the data from the Ministry of Finance, the Romanian state has earned 18.6 million euros from trading greenhouse gas emissions certificates on the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) platform in June.
A total of 3.76 million certificates, associated to stationary installations, were traded at the EU ETS platform. Last year, the state received about 195 million euros from the same source, including the amounts coming from the aviation sector.
