Macedonian Government has adopted a decision to start the procedure for launching a public call for the construction of gas distribution network in three regions (Skopje, Eastern and Western Macedonia) by public-private partnership.
Hristijan Mickovski, an advisor to Macedonian Prime Minister, said that the decision envisages granting concessions from 20 to 30 years, as well as the reduction of connection to gas network costs for households from 100 to 80 euros, while the remaining funds will be subsidized by the state.
