On 12 August, the Government of Montenegro, on the basis of the obtained consent of the majority of member of the Government, authorized the Minister of Economy Vladimir Kavaric to sign an agreement between the state and Italian company A2A regarding the management of power utility EPCG, said the statement from the Government.
The statement further said that the Government was informed on conditions for the signing of shareholders agreement between the state and A2A, including the list of key managers, and stated that the Assembly has already adopted draft decision on the acceptance of the agreement and all the actions contemplated by the agreement have been taken, as well as actions which had to be taken before the signing.
