Bulgarian electricity transmission system operator ESO announced that thermal power plant Varna has won a tender for the supply of 166 MW of installed capacity for cold reserve during the period between 1 May and 31 July. According to data published by ESO, TPP Varna was the sole participant in the tender, with the offer of 3.91 euros/MWh.
