According to a document published by Romanian electricity transmission system operator Transelectrica, Energy Complex (EC) Oltenia is the biggest debtor for electricity transportation services with some 1.44 million euros in debt.
Overall, Transelectrica has to collect over 15 million euros in debt for its services, of which 11.26 million euros represents actual debt, while the remaining amount is penalties. The situation is slightly worse than in July this year, when the company had 12.33 million euros in debt to collect. Transelectrica plans to collect commercial debts in the amount of 3.9 million euros, where EC Oltenia is first ranked with 1.44 million euros, followed by Transenergo with 1.19 million euros and RCS & RDS with 0.85 million euros.
