Ukraine allegedly owes 600 million dollars to Gazprom – Region, 31 May 2016

According to Russian gas company Gazprom, Ukrainian national energy company Naftogaz owes them about 600 million dollars for natural gas deliveries to Southeastern Ukraine.
Deputy Director General of Gazprom Alexander Medvedev said that Gazprom has the agreement on gas deliveries to Ukraine, including Donetsk and Luhansk regions, inhabited by Ukrainian citizens and where Ukrainian companies operate. He added that there are separate accounts and the debt has already reached 600 million dollars.
