The press service of the Ukrainian energy company Naftogaz said that the company supports the proposal of the European Commission (EC) on the renewal of trilateral gas negotiations with Russian gas company Gazprom and the European Union.
After recent talks with the Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman in Brussels, the Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of the energy Union Maros Sefcovic said that Gazprom and Naftogaz are expected to reach an agreement on a mutually favorable conditions for natural gas supply for the coming winter season, therefore trilateral negotiations between Russia, Ukraine and the EU should be renewed.
