Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska (RS) Zeljka Cvijanovic considers the request for arbitration filed by the Slovenian company Viaduct, in which it claims about 54 million euros in damages, as unjustified.
PM Cvijanovic said in an interview that it does not matter how high the claim is, but the thing that matters is to find out, through international arbitration or local courts, whether Viaduct, the majority owned of the local company HES Vrbas, is entitled to such claim.
