Croatian non-profit organization Zadruga za Eticno Financiranje (ZEF) announced that it will sign an agreement with Austrian company ECOwind on the purchase of the share in the future Kom-Orjak-Greda wind farm.
Representative of ZEF Ivan Kardum said that 10.25 MW wind farm located near the town of Blato na Cetini in southern Croatia is already 90 % completed, adding that ZEF, through investments of its members, will acquire 100 % ownership of the plant once it is completed. The total value of the investment is almost 3 million euros. He stressed that this is an excellent opportunity for “investment savings”, adding that expected return of investment would be between 5.5 and 6.5 %, which will be achieved through the sale of produced electricity.
