An offer of 158.98 million dollars for a 100 % stake in Turkish Petroleum Distribution Corporation, a subsidiary of state-owned Turkish Petroleum, submitted by Zulfikarlal Holding was the highest bid at the auction.
There were four participants in the auction: SBK Holding and a consortium of Zulfikarlal Holding, Siyah Kalem and Termopet-Net-Cemil Direkci. The bidding started at 119.95 million dollars, while incremental ranges were set at 0.32 million dollars.
