Amendments to the RES Law adopted – Serbia, 16 March 2023

Serbian Government has adopted the amendments to the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources. The draft amendments were the subject of a three-week public discussion until 9 February.

Issues with the implementation of the law, adopted in April 2021, are cited as the reason for amending it.
