CPC fined Lukoil for the abuse of dominant position in the market – Bulgaria, 05 April 2023

The Bulgarian Commission on Protection of Competition (CPC) has imposed a fine in the total amount of around 100 million euros to Lukoil Bulgaria and Lukoil Neftochim Burgas for the abuse of dominant position in the market for storing motor fuels.
