Solar capacity exceeded 5.2 GW – Hungary, 15 September 2023

Hungarian Ministry of Energy announced that solar power capacity in Hungary has risen to over 5,200 MW.

According to data published by electricity transmission system operator MAVIR, the combined capacity of solar power plants in the country has reached 3,124 MW, while home solar panel capacity
