At the seat of Russian gas company Gazprom, a meeting between the company’s CEO Alexey Miller and Serbian Ambassador in Moscow Slavenko Terzic was held. Participants of the meeting discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation in the gas sector, primarily the operation of underground gas storage in Banatski Dvor.
Representatives of Gazprom confirmed that the company is actively preparing the underground gas storage for the forthcoming winter season, adding that gas supply the the underground storage is progressing in accordance with the defined plan. In addition, they discussed the perspectives of cooperation in areas such as oil refining, electricity production and liquid natural gas (LNG).
