Turkey has introduced regulatory reforms that clear the way for exporting natural gas from its Black Sea reserves in liquefied form. The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) amended the Natural Gas Market Law, formally defining gas liquefaction and enabling production from the Sakarya field to be converted into LNG for international trade.
